Hi i bought the scout editor a couple of weeks ago but mylaptop died and i need to get my license again for the new one i got. I havw tried emailling as recommended and it has been three days with no reply. Is this normal or is there a problem with licenses now?

What I did was to go on the FmSE app on my new laptop and under the licence tab, where it says unregistered, there’s a button which reads “I lost my Licence” or something like that, you click on that then it’ll take you to somewhere where you can order a new one for free
