Hello everyone,
I have issues installing Genie scout (Versions19.3 / 19.3.1 / 19.3.2 ) on my PC (Windows 10) as the installation could not be completed. It shows the following error:
"IPersistfile Error 0x80007002. Windows could not find the specified file"
I had no such issues when installing version 19.2.3 previously.
There is no such errors when installing other programs but just this specify program. Tried the following advice but the problems did not resolved.
1. Install with admin rights (which i did and same problem)
2. Install on another hard drive (i tried C and D drive and same problem).
At the same time, I googled up a bit and was told to do the following below as well.
- Googled up a abit and some mentioned to update Windows OS. Done.
- run chkdsk /r and sfc /scannow. Verified 100%
Same issue persist. Any advice ?
