Anyone got any tips on creating a great working youth team, i dont expect it to be a quick thing but any tips on getting started would be great

Upgrade facilities as much as possible. Upgrade coaching and scout staff as much as possible. Request to improve youth recruitment as much as possible.

It also depends on the country you are managing in. I am managing in Scotland for example and am doing very well, especially now in Europe 5 seasons in. The club has the best youth recruitment, junior coaching etc possible but I still rarely get any good players because ultimately Scotland doesn’t have the reputation required to produce lots of good young players. It takes a lot of time and success to get good youth teams consistently!
also get a lot of scouting knowledge so you also get players from other countries in your youth intake!
i have a georgian CB who has pretty good potential yet im in the dutch league!
