Genie Scout for non-official FM19?

Hello all,

Can someone be a legend and help a brother out as ive been trying for hours!!

Ive downloaded Genie scout, but when I try and use it I get a message stating my football manager is not support; football manager 2019 19.3.2-1201536

Ive got the 19 v1.0 beta 15 19.2.3 version of genie scout but I’m running 19.3.2 version of FM 19? I’m unable to see a later version of this??

anyone else get get this message and how did you resolve it?

The current version of FM (if you have it official) is 19.3.3, since yesterday, so GS would not work since he has not updated it yet! I hope today or maybe tomorrow he will change that.

My FM is not exactly official.. will this be a issue if he updates GS and I stay at my current version, will GS still work for me do you think??

I spent hours yesterday thinking I was doing something wrong.. nightmare but I'm glad to know I'm not the problem!!

Genie Scout is tested to work only with official version of the game on Steam.

Some of my previous FM's were not official and i didn't have a problem with the updates. Keep in mind that your GS version must be the same, or later, with FM in order to work.

I've downloaded GS which states the version is 19.2.3 but I have FM 19.3.2 - where can I download GS 19.3.2? because I downloaded GS and its not the latest version.. Does this automatically update or do you have to download GS again each time there is a update?

You will get a message that a public version update is available and you have to download it, but logically you wont have a problem.

Is this correct? that GS version 19.3.2 isn't available yet?

Yes. As Stam said a week ago in the GS's comment section
"The public edition will be delayed for roughly 4 weeks. This is Eugene's policy that applies to the very first release and the one that follows the winter transfers patch. It has been like that for a few years now."
