Hi, i've just started a save with Everton, and
everything is looking good.
But i need to know, who you would buy?
And who you would sell.
I dont have that much experience in English football, yet.
THANK U!
Get Giovanni Dos Santos on loan from Tottenham
Jan Mucha as your 2nd goalkeeper from Legia
Sell Carlo Nash and maybe Phil Neville
do all you can to get Van dar vaart. (might not be correct spelling).. He is out of this world.. all my saves and in all my friends saves... he becomes the greatest player in game.
get van nistelrooy as a striker.
he's insane and very cheap(usually on sale for about 2mil)
It's all about mario batolli, get him on loan first season and pay for him next season, pricy at around 16 million but well wrth it versatile and has a poacher scored 27 first season then 31 the next and in midfield no better then mossa sissko but again 16 mill
Angel Di Maria, unbelievable player, one of the best left wingers in the game.
Fernando Gago, usually transfer listed, therefore reasonably cheap, great deep-lying playmaker.
Also I agree with the person who recomended Rafa Van Der Vaart, play him AMC and watch him score, finished top scorer in the league in his first season for me.
Nicolas Otamendi becomes a superb centre back to partner Phil Jag when he recovers.
My personal opinion is to go for youth whenever possible. By getting young players early you'll pay less for them in the long run, and with a mid table team like Everton theyre sure to get games and develop well.
Keep the team English, I hate teams loaded with foreign players.
You've got a good holding player in Rodwell, so consider pairing him with Jonjo Shelvey in midfield? By Shelvey early, loan him out for one season, then start to push him into your team. Also getting him to learn from Cahill would be class.
Danny Wilson from Rangers, great CB, buy him for about £3 to £4million. Fantastic investment.
You should tell people specifically what positions you need to improve in.
The key for Everton I feel is to be careful with youre investments and buying players. They arent a rich club, so its best to use what funds you have to bring in players who will develop well and potentially bring future profit if you have to sell.
while i am all for youth for everton it's best to get in one or two older players that are cheap but world class to ensure success in the first year.
some of the players from top teams get available, van der vaart for an example. also after 1 season or 2 there will always be some good player listed from a top team. so always look for that. also half way thrrough season look at contract ending so you can buy them on bosman.
rather than to prepare the team directly you can always plan ahead a season or so.
Why not get a bit of Beckham down the right, I suppose you could pick him fairly cheap, if not on a free. He gives you that added threat from corners/crosses/free-kicks.
Jack Rodwell is a good player for my team (he's in everton, hope you haven't sold him yet)
if you looking for a playmaker/tireless midfielder go for Diego Buonanotte(River), I bought him for 4.3m and he lead my Birmingham to win FA cup and 4th position in the league
I don't know if he's good for Everton but I bought Michal Janota to Catania for 1.8mil quid and played superbly all season
