Missing Players and Nationality Problems

Hi,
I have the full licensed version of FM Scout Editor, and I am having issues with it.
When I search for the club I am managing on the editor and then click on teams, when the list of players I have on my first team appears, some players are missing!
They simply do not appear on the list, and if I search for them on the player search tab they don't appear as well.
I am also having issues with nationalities, the editor simply doesn't accept nationality changes, and crashes out.
How can I make changes and search for all the players on the editor???
