So being new to FM19 I have started a career with Clyde FC in Scottish League 2. I am on the hunt for a tactic that will work well. Can anyone point me in the right direction please??
I can help you out in the Lower Leagues but let me just set something straight. For the lower leagues there isn't a tactic that can win you every game. What is most important, PLAY IT SIMPLE. Don't set a complicated tactic for a lower league team, the AI will use a very simple tactic or strategy and beat your team that is struggling to cope with your complicated tactic
4-4-2, 4-2-3-1, 4-1-2-3, 4-3-3, 4-4-2-Diamond, 4-3-1-2, these formations can work for lower league teams with very simple instructions and player roles. If possible, set no player instructions unless you absolutely have to. Just let them play and play to their strengths.
also get loan players from the teams above you, or free players, buying may be too expensive. and
finally, you cant win every game, enjoy the lower leagues, win when you can, learn from the defeats and try not to draw too many games. Its fun because all the other teams are just as weak as your team so its often a goal fest and no team really parks the bus. Any questions just hit me up.
