Can't Access To the email linked with the license

I purchased a license on June 15th

I purchased the license through Paypal and forgot I have the main email for that account but i can't access to the email that i linked the license, s. I'm hoping it can be sent to a valid email.

Can PM if you need details of order and send you the email that work. Thanks!
