I am relatively new to Football Manager. Whenever I approach to sign players from other teams after a Youth Intake their contracts are always so expensive. For example: I am the Manchester City manager and I'm trying to sign a 15 year old. He demands around £40,000 per week. Am I doing something wrong or are these players that expensive?
