Hi guys,

I'm new to the game but already love it !

With the new FM update out with the latest team shuffles with relegations and promotions and player transfers. I'm trying to pick the best team to manage either in the premiership or the Championship.

With selecting the correct team being the the most important part of a save, I would love some advice on who to manage and do's and dont's. Are there anybody who are currently doing some amazing saves in either of these leagues who can advise me :)

Thanks everyone.
I recently started a new save with Southampton for a change. Its a decent team with potential, reasonable transfer funds, loads of players out on loan that will return end of season 1. Quite interesting change from my normal save. (I must admit I think this is pre update)

Southampton was definitely a team on my List. Iv always rated their academy and their history. How far are you currently through your season?

What was your normal save may I ask?
I usually always start a save as Rangers manager (being a fan and all) but opted for something different, and didn't fancy taking one of the top six teams. So far its gone very well I must admit. A very decent team already in place. I am only a quarter of the way through the season but sitting 8th so far. Somehow managed to buy Christian Pavon for around £3m which was mental. He's brilliant.
