scoring trouble

I've got Yaya Sanogo in my team... he gets loads of chanses and breakaways, still i hardly ever scores which is strange considering that he has good confidence , 17 finishing, 19 composure and 16 concistensy... and suggstions how to get him going ?

team talk can be important at times. i at times give different personal talk to a player. at times i expect a perfomance, at times pick up where he left, most of the times no person team talk, just the team team talk. also at times in half time some strikers can do well after being said : no pressure.

as usual your right red, he's scored 4 in the last 3 games, all of them after a "no pressure" in half-time... thanks man, this could save my season :),

Since Sanogo is a Target Striker, play him as a poacher, with a Fast Striker alongside as a Traquartista (I dont remember exactly the spelling, sorry) if you have the latest patch installed.

My target strikers have become goal machines with this method...
