So basically to give a tiny bit of context I'm very new on the game and I've never played fm before fm2019, I'm currently playing with Leeds for my third season and trying to get to a champions League spot but anyway,
Since I'm pretty new on the game I first tried my tactics and my favorite formation is a 4 2 3 1, so I looked for a 4231 tactic that suited me on the tactics topic of the site and found a nice one (ZION.2.0 4231), but recently,
I witnessed a thing that is really a pain in the ass, my left and right winger are constantly swapping automatically, and I have to re-swap them at least 10 times a game, which makes them very confused but also screws my games.....
If anyone has an idea of where it coul come from i'd be very thankful
