Genie Scout 19g freezing

Hi everyone

I've got the latest version of Genie Scout 19g, and I've had all the last several versions on previous versions of FM. However the programme now won't load my save game, and just freezes when I try to load my save.

Every other version has worked fine for me, so I can't understand what's happened. I've saved the game in a different location and reinstalled Genie Scout twice, but it's not made any difference.

Can anyone help? Is there anything else I can try?

Same problem here. Since the last update, I cannot run the program.

I have tried everything, installing and running as administrator, uninstalling and reinstalling FM.
Nothing worked.

I have even asked for a new key file, as I have installed more RAM, but nothing worked.

Genie Scout just freezes, and the CPU usage climbs to 25%...

Eventually, when it loads all information, after quite some time, it works and it freezes again and again, making impossible to work with.
