i Can't delete leagues that i selected when i create new game

i can't change leagues that i follow. i can add or remove my selected leagues but i can't change followed leagues.

is it effects my pc's speed? for example i follow brasil's all subliegues about over 20 leagues. is it effects my pc's speed? if it is, how can i delete it?
