Real Madrid old players selling

it's my 1st time to play fm and i started with my favourite team Real Madrid
but it seems impossible to sell players like Navas / Modric / Ramos
any tips?

I've managed to sell Navas and Modric during my first season in Real.
I sold Navas to Shakhtar Donetsk for 20-30 millions. Modric moved to Juventus. The price was low (around 15), but the deal included good after 50 games clause.

If you have problems, you can try to suggest your players to other clubs.

But I decided to keep Ramos. After contract expiration (in two years from the start, as I remember) I signed him for 1 extra year with 3 times less salary as a good rotation player.

Be careful about Marcelo, because he will become a real problem in two seasons

It's usually difficult to sell players in the first summer transfer window.

My advice is to transfer list them, but don't change their squad status.
Wait a few a days to see if there are any clubs interested. If there's no interest, you can try to offer him to clubs.
If the player complains about being transfer listed, pick a reason why it's best for him to move elsewhere.
If you can unsettle the player, it can be easier to get rid of him.

When you get to January transfer window, it becomes easier to sell your players.
If you're still unable to sell with regular transfer, try to loan them out for 6-12 months with their wages covered as much as possible.
