I think I found why I'm getting the error message as sent in my prior post. I upgraded Windows and just found out my Unique-ID has changed because of that. I already sent an email to Eugene. If my error persists I will come back here. Thanks for your time and effort though!
@Femdri: Change of unique ID means your old key won't work properly. You'd still be able to load your game on Genie Scout, but you'll see fake data instead.
Version is correct, we have the same.
So, if it's not a different version, nor your antivirus, nor admin rights... it can only be 1 thing I've just been informed about.
Support for x86 (32-bit) OS has been dropped in the last version of public GS19.

Yep, 32 bit Win 10 OS here... So, what does this mean?... Does this mean that, if I want the GS to work, I'll have to, either, change to a 64 bit OS, or donate and get the G version of the GS?... Is that it?...
You won't have to donate to get the G edition because we're making it available for free this week.
However, since FM20 will completely drop support for 32-bit systems, you can expect that GS20 will also do the same.

Support for 32-bit was dropped in both public and "g" edition for the last version.

Since the update several weeks ago I have been unable to use the genie scout. I have even been in touch with Eugiene and downloaded latest version and inserted new key but it still fails to load. as soon as I start up FM2019 the genie scout fails to respond and cant even load the game
If you are also on 32-bit computer, make sure to try the very latest version.
