Don't load saved game

im on 64 bit. really infuriating.... starts to load application then just stops. does not even let me get to stage of loading saved games... says not responding. Ive tried reinstalling with anti virus off and all sorts.

Can you please provide more details? What is your PC configuration, size of the game database, FM version and build, etc.

I have an intel core i7-8750H 2.2gz with16gb ram and separate graphics card, so no problem with pc. 2tb hd and 500gb ssd. windows 10 version 1903, and my FM is updated via steam as and when required

Is it installed into the default directory (c:/FM Genie Scout 19g)? Do you run it with administrator permissions? Does it behave this way on all your games?

yes it is loaded into default directory, and I have tried running it with and without admins permissions. it is only genie scout I am having the issue with... sorry about this and I appreciate the ehlp. As I said was working fine till couple of weeks ago

Hi Eugene after the latest update my gs 19g says FREE and crashes, what should i have to do? I have all the windows update and my game is up to date
