I am in 2017 and have been with Newcastle for 3 years then Juventus for three years winning the champions league once, Domestic trophies twice and the league twice. I have also won the italian super cup and european super cup.
I have done all this and yet to find lots of quality young players. Anyone got any players whether it be a GK up to a out and out Striker!?
Harry Kane
But he's not good in every game, but he is english--> newcastle
And mmm 2017...
Just look for regens, dont you think?
At the start of every season, i pick my best scouts, cancel all their current jobs and send them to scout a nation and to look for players 18 years or younger.
Obviously I'll pick the biggest nations first: England, Spain, Italy. After that I'll usually look in Germany, France, sometimes Turkey and Portugal.
By 2017 no one on here will have any good recommendations for you because its all regens by that point.
As a large club I'll only ever sign a player they reckon will be a Leading player, thus i typically end up with the best in the long run.

Amazing list mate, thumbs up!!!
You could make the list more appealing by adding some basic formatting to your text, like making player names in bold, or rearranging the list by position.
Thanks Stam
I've made some changes should be a bit easier to navigate now!
