Hi Guys .. This's IMPORTANT !

This has solved my problem and the Genie Scout WORKS!!!:yes I decided to share this with everyone courtesy of "wizard".

Here's his post ;

If you update FlashUtil9e.exe at

C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash\


Double click it, install.

Run Genie scout as normal.

This should work. Work for me.
