Tomas Kalas?

The new Chelsea player just signed for £5 Million from Sigma Omoluc is supposed to be one of the most highly rated young defenders in Europe but i can't seem to find him on the game.

Am I missing him or have SI just not included him for some reason.

probably not loaded a large database and such.
