Hello, sorry for my poor english. Since I bought a new laptop Genie Scout 19 has stopped working properly. When loading the database, the program freezes often and it takes a long time to wait. The window in which Genie is open then starts flashing. On the previous computer I didn't have such problems and it was weaker than the current one. What could be causing this problem? Please help.
