Error Loading Data

No problem with waiting, but i didn't expect to get flamed multiple and chat admins people saying 'its only £6 what do you expect' and being called impatient when i just asked what was happening.

Then insulted by a admin being told that 'i'm being unfair and impatient because the developer is sick'

How the hell am i supposed to know that this guy is ill?

'Hi mate any idea why i can't use fmse? people have been posting on the forums for days and no reply'

In return i was mocked and baited by more posts than i could keep up with for just asking a simple question and told my money was nothing.

So with screenshots etc i think thats grounds for a refund.

Our money is nothing? so why do you charge then?

This is the first time i have bought fmse and would never buy it again, terrible attitude.

IMO anybody who gets attitude off these guys, mocked and flamed and told your money is nothing should log a paypal complaint, the attitude is disgusting.

I Just read the chat back after i went off on school run, one of them 'Jopaa' is calling me a dickhead for asking in the first place and the other is calling me a cheat who can't play the game

the chat admin 'LCFC' is allowing this.

I would agree that a quick update wouldn't hurt and explain why people should be patient, cause reason X, Y, Z.
The reaction from the admins i can understand but, it could've been prevented by giving everyone an update.
but as was said in the chat people rather ask in the chat right away instead of reading the forums.

The stuff about the downloads for graphics packs has been on the frontpage for a while and still people instantly pop to chat why the download button aint there and when the chat redirects them oh i didn't see.
anyway i am not familair with how fmse works so bugs or issues with the program and why they might not be fixed? No idea

There is no problem with waiting, but unless its terminal i highly doubt the developer is that sick that he can't update the thread saying 'will be updated when i feel better'

I think then we would all know whats going on, rather than having to enter the wood chipper of which is the general chat asking questions.

This is a powerful assumption of yours, given that last you used was FM13 or 14.
Hmm, lets make another assumption that it was FM14 you last used.
This would be a good 5 years ago, what makes you think they are still who they were from 5 years ago.

I don't believe FMTRE have only one developer to depend on. (my assumption)

Whatever happens just don't ask on chat, the admin has a huge attitude problem and will not stop spamming your dm's and you'll be told your money means nothing.

There's only 1 admin here and that's me. And I don't really have an attitude problem.

On chat there are moderators (with a black tick icon) who are getting the same questions all day. They're patrolling the place voluntarily.

And yes, Thanos - who is the sole developer of FMSE - was sick with gastroenteritis and high fever over the past couple of days. I'm more frustrated than any of you because I want fast updates and no complaints.

I've answered a lot of queries via private chats and I still do. As I explained in comments, FMSE has a good record of fast patchfix updates over the years but people tend to generalize things based on scarce cases.

Thanos promised me he will update FMSE today. I can't wait for that to happen while getting harassed via live chat, pms, posts and emails...

Assumptions are not facts. FMSE is developed by 1 guy, but is getting updated. Anyone who asked me directly on chat has received an answer and given status updates.

And please keep in mind that calling me names or being disrespectful to any other staff member is not helping your case at all.

I must say, first it's not polite to call anybody names, that said, then I think it's irresponsible to total ignore people who have paid money for fmse, and it doesn't work, if it was free it was another matter totally.
You can't help being seek, but give people a notice right a way

In all honesty, I sense a tendency of unfairly magnifying a situation because there's a delay with a patchfix update. The man was sick and couldn't make it, but who cares... let's have his head.

Anyway, new patch 20.1.0 is out now and guess which editor will be updated first this time?

Not at all mate, we were just wondering what was going on, could not find a response from anyone ,went on live chat and got called a impatient dickhead and told 'its cheap so quit crying' and that i'm a FM cheat and the staff or whatever the hell they are (i'm only here for the product) allowed it to happen to the point i was biting back, then the continued to spam my dm box telling me that i'm out of order biting back to the point i was having to stoop the the levels they were taking.

Its simple, we asked for updates/info on why its not worked for a few days and we got abuse and told we are bugging everyone, its not our fault we are just paying customers.

I only made 1 simple post until i started getting it in the neck for asking the chat staff 'why is it not working'.

@Stam I hear you, and I'm not complaining madly, even if it sounded like that, like I wrote earlier, the man is sick, now we know, and I don't want anybodys head I just thought that there were more than one developer

Exactly we know now, hes sick so its gonna take a while, shame we had to go through the little journey we had to find this out.

So its updated when its updated, great thats all we wanted to know.

@GS1981 @Quelhoo: Did you update FM20 to 20.1.0? Because Thanos added directly an update for the latest patch and skipped 20.0.4 I think.
