Does anyone know why if I want to play for example in the 4th tier of France or 3rd Tier or Romania, the when you're trying to switch to that division, it shows in grey so you cant get in?

Those leagues will be availavable to play once the full game is released. In case you're wondering that's 19th of November (8 days from now).
