A Message from Ahmet and Ali

As a club we have continued to rise over the years and it seems in recent times we have hit a brick wall, we have become one pf the top 4 teams in Turkey but now we are ready to take over Turkey & move one step closer to European success. The last bit of silverware we as a club seen was 2010 and after falling short one to many time we have decided enough is enough and we are now going to push to the next step, last night after a long descision with Unal Karaman we came to the conclussion that he wasnt the man to take us to were we as owners and you as fans want to be so there for he has been relived of his manager duties with immediate effect & we have found his replacement a legend within Turkey, A man who is determinant to take us to the next step he had a brilliant footballing career and was born in Trabzon coming up through the youth system and this very fine club, all will be reviled in the next couple of days.

Thanks for your support
Ahmet & Ali

PRESS ROOM 1

Ahmet- " Thank you all for joining us today, last week we announced a new path to follow for the club and with the new path comes a new leader. A man who the whole of Turkey know and love, A man with nearly 100 apps for the national team, a man with drive and passion. Ladies and Gentleman i give you they man Tuguy Kerimoglu."

Press Official- "Tuguy!?... Tuguy!?..."

Tuguy - " Hold on, I unfortunately wont be answering any questions today as I am to busy planning for the new season but one thing i will say is, i am very happy to be here and take over as manager of Trabzonspor, growing up around here i loved to come and watch the games and to come through the youth system till the ages of 14 helped make me the man i was with the ability i had to go on and have a great career in Scotland with rangers and England with Blackburn. Alot of people will be wondering why Trabzonspor when i had an excellent career at Galatasaray do i not feel like im betraying the fans and the answer is no i do not, yes i had a great playing career at Galatasaray but now its time to have a great managing career aswell and thats what i intend to do, i do apologise that i cant stay any longer but i will arrange a press conference in the next couple of weeks. Thamk you enjoy the rest of your day.

THE DRAW HAS BEEN MADE

Was tempted by a save in Turkey myself this year, good luck with it!
An interesting appointment. I always liked Tuguy, admittedly.
