I have been playing Championship Manager/Football Manager for 23-24 years now. I always start with my favourite team: Liverpool who I have been playing with throughout the beta. I start with them just to try the new game, new features etc. but it get boring after a couple of seasons and I want a new challenge.

My first challenge this year should not be a LLM challenge or anything like that, I would like to start with a team that can potentially attract some of the good wonderkids, but is not a top top club, I want a team where I can potentially develop my own talents as I would like to use the new development center even more than I have done in the demo (due to the short amount of time I knew I would be playing that save).

So please come with suggestions to teams that could be fun to manage, who has decent youth facilities or exciting talents, and are still able to attract some of the fun young talents from around the world (wonderkids).
Just a few off the top of my head that might interest you; RB Salzburg, Lille, Real Betis, Borussia Mönchengladbach, Leicester & Vitória S.C.
I would personally go for RB Salzburg this year of you are looking for a long, youth orientated save. And it's in a league where you can give your youngsters a chance without to much repercussions in performance as the league isn't the strongest. And you have Haaland. Keep him for a couple of seasons, sell him on for huge money, and you can build a team in your image. Hope this helps.

I thought about Salzburg, but then again I think it will be kind of boring as the league is so weak and I will win everything domestic without a problem. I can totally see what you mean, but I would like a bit of a challenge as well!
Last year i managed RB Liepzeig and i think they would still be a decent team to manage this year. They have a lot of young players in their first team like upamecano, werner and so on. They also have a very good youth setup. You should be challenging Bayern and Dortmund for the title in 2-3 seasons
