my game loads up but then it just goes off

Are you running the game and Steam in administrator mode?

Can you also clarify what exactly happens? Does an error message display, does it get to a certain point then crashes?

Use Steam to find the files for FM20. Find the main executable and;

Right click -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Run this program as administrator.

*also make sure the main executable for steam is also running in admin mode

i found it but when I click on properties I cant see where it says compatibility

I don't think that's necessary.

The main steam folder should be in either Program Files or Program Files v86, just find the main exe (should be called steam) and run it as admin, then run FM through Steam as admininstrator.

I click on properties then it comes up with;
general,security,details and previous vensions

I'm not 100% sure then. The last thing I can think of is a fresh install, but that's a last resort. See if anyone knows in the GC.

i've done the who reinstalling it. same thing
