I seem to be getting a lot of injuries to my squad, can anyone tell me how to help prevent them? My coaching team takes training so not sure if it’s anything to do with that. Thanks
Some tips
1. Make sure the players are happy with the training schedule.
2. Work out if the injuries are happening in training or in matches.
3. Hire better physios.
4. make sure to play older players less and ensure players have at least 90% fitness before starting a game.
