Training Schedules

Do the Assistant Manager created Training Schedules work well enough, or have people tinkered with them to create their own?
I am contemplating trying to create one, but dont want to undo a good schedule if the AM created is ok.

Does anyone have a created schedule that works, they can upload? Or just tips on creating a useful schedule?

iam using the one that fmscout made and it make all my wonderkids truly worldklass players

yeah tried the fmscout's they develop more(unless your players determination or mental stats to improve are bad)

When you leave training to Assistant Manager, you need to find one with below stats:

- Preferred Formation
- Playing Style

When you play a gegenpress system - 4141 DM Wide (for example), Assistant Manager will design better training schedules and programm for your team from one with Route One - 4411 formation and style.

Secondly below stats is important as well:

- Personality
- Level of Discipline
- Determination
- Man Management
- Working with Youngsters (because you have some U21 in your team which training with first team)
