Being Newcastle in the premier league I cant offer any contract to players whos contracts are running out in less then 6 months. I have to negotiate a freaking price...WTF going on? Anyone having the same issue?

Running the 20.2.0 on my Mac.

Are the players your trying to offer a contract to also playing in England?
