Yes, I needed FMSE 2020, but I mistakenly got FMSE2018.

I didnt use FMSE2018 key, even didn't downloaded it.

Question

1. Can I refund FMSE2018?
2. Can I exchange my FMSE2018 key to FMSE2020 key?
