Wrong stats

Hello ,i have an issue and i need your help. I have genie scout 20 g and until now was working perfectly .I changed my ssd card in my laptop, i installed genie again and i put key file in the right folder.Although it’s not working right.It has wrong positions or missing completely,wrong ratings etc.Is there anything i could try?I tried to uninstall and install again but it is the same.
