How do I change how friendlies are booked?

My staff books two or more games every single week of the pre-season. And I've already cancelled most of them. But one day later, my staff books even more friendlies! And This is annoying! On FM19, I could take control of booking friendlies. But now on FM 2020 I can't find it!

Any help?

Also, how do I change the colors of the attributes numbers? Like, gray for values below 6, white for values >6 <10, green for numbers >10 <15 and red for numbers above 15... How can I set this up?

For friendlies - Go to, Staff. Responsibilities tab. Match. You will see "Leads friendly Matches" and underneath a box that says "Backroom staff arrange friendly matches" untick it

For Attribute colours - click FM button top right of screen, Go to preferences, here you can just type in "Skin colours"
