Hi!
Well, looking at your SS, I see a couple of things.
1. How are your FB moving? Is your FB trying to overlap your W? If so, then that's a problem right there.
Is your LFB wider than your IF? Is there fluidity in their play? You need to generate space between those two.
2. How come you're operating with 2 CM's (and one in defend duties)? I think this is your biggest problem as far as 2 way play.
3. Who's your primary playmaker? I suggest you switch your CM (D) to DLP.
4. Who's linking up in the middle with your AM? Is your CM (s) moving close enough to him? Perhaps trying that CM with a BBM role would be better suited given how a AM (a) moves when in possession.
5. Your familiarity level is still a work in progress. Take that into consideration.
6. Do you have any OI's? Are they complementing your counter moves? Consider removing them because they're likely creating openings for opposing teams.
7. A BBM-DLP duo in your midfield will provide more balance I'd say.
8. Remember, a sound tactic is key, but talent is also fundamental. Target and Justin really aren't top flight FB's and Engels isn't the best CB out there.
9. Personally, I'd try a 4-1-4-1 given your personnel. Perhaps you can find more balance there.
Hope this helps!
Cheers
