Greetings.

I need a little help.

I start my careers at fm2020 always unemployed. I select the lower leagues of some nations (usually in England) and go on vacation until I receive an invitation from a club in those lower leagues. However, despite receiving lots of invitations to train, I am never hired ...

Someone with the same problem? Could it have something to do with the profile of the coach?

Thanks.
I started out unemployed, international u19s jobs are available.

I done this, then i went on to manage Jamaica and now i have somehow got the England job.
I've started a couple of games unemployed and as already been said there are U19 International jobs available (I even managed Spain's U19 in one game despite having no coaching qualifications before getting a job in the lower reaches of Div 2 in England). I've found that going on vacation until a club/nation approach you doesn't give the best chance of getting a job. The first thing I do is apply for every job that is going and then once the interview offers come in try to be as positive as you can and not demand to make too many chances. The time spent waiting for the game to run through games when unemployed is not really that bad and you won't miss out on jobs which a club hasn't considered you for even.
