Community Outreach Training to increase attendance?

I'm Managing Shelfield in Northern Premier League Division One South East. Trying to eventually get promoted to Premier league. it's going to be fun but also a total grind.

At the moment i'm getting an attendance of around 300 people for home games, Wondering if the Community Outreach Training would increase the attendance of matches?

Ok i've noticed after googling, people have asked this question before, and nobody has had an answer.

As an experiment i'm going to use community outreach training every week for an entire season & see if there is any changes to home game attendance & fans going to away games!

Well the answer is no. I trained Community Outreach, for an entire season, no changes to attendance.


P.S

The only thing i noticed is the team had a dip in form... after i stopped training Community Outreach. And team cohesion has dropped. So i actually recommend using it for non professional teams, as general link up play during games is better, especially if your using technical tactics eg, gegenpress / possession tactics at lower league clubs.
