I have the best rated coaching team in PL. My players' quality overall is top 6-8.I dont have a large budget so I wheel and deal youngsters,to generate funds to buy £60M+ players.
Out of the blue, after 3 seasons I come 2nd in league and surprise everyone. Since then my team has struggled to get in top6. I've avoided the sack by winning silverware.
BUT this season,things have turned for the worse. I'm lingering 10th in league and no silverware. I am very close to being sacked....
The season started poorly. I had a very high scoring defence/tactical coach who'd been labouring to get his Pro Licence for 3 years. This sidled with very poor marking for long range shots in matches prompted me to terminate his contract.
Hey presto we go on and win 8/9 matches and draw the other, we're about 5th in league. I think - Ive cracked it. I can get us in top4 at least.
BUT then our results slipped back and now with 5 games to go I'm getting a D rating from the board.
Any ideas pls?
