How to ban a team from CL in editor?

Does anyone know? I googled and couldn't find anything.

Concretely I want to ban Man City from CL like they've been in real life.

Had a look myself but had no idea, are Milan still banned from Europe yet ? Maybe an idea to try look at there information

Unfortunately can't help you, but I would also like someone to put them in League Two.

Just came here for this exact reason. Want to put City in League 2 and ban from the Champions League for two seasons. Would also be good to strip them of all their trophies and prize money for the period in question. If someone made this as a mod I'd be interested in downloading it.
