I never cheat in football manager cos i just can't see the point of it. i have lost the last game of seasons and been relagated or missed out on promotion but that's football ain't it! so do you guys cheat and how and why do you cheat?

I used to cheat by using fmrte to change my transfer budget, wage budget and reputation so more players wanted to come to me but now i don;t do it because i think it sucks to cheat
Occasionally i'll close the game down in frustration during a game so i end up having to replay the game. . .

i dont cheat, i used to cheat at times when i played fm 05, used to on certain matches quit and play again. but mostly i haven't needed to do that. also i love the challenge of it being challenging. i find winning too boring tbh. once ive won everything with a club in 1 season or won treble, i quit and start a new save.
but when i used to play fm 06-08 a lot in the last months when the new game was gonna come out i used to test out how it is to cheat with certain things. i at times gave a decent club massive budget and high rep and bought in the most expensive players i could. never played them through obviously, at 1 point i tried with making my whole team with 20 in everything. worked for 2 matches they dropped their stats.
it was hilarious though, at times 1 player would run from RB position with the ball all the way to the top and score on his on.
but when i play serious saves i never cheat.

sometimes when i get bored i have a mess about like giving myself 100mil from man city when i'm somebody like red star belgrade but 98% of the time i don't cheat...........

i used to fix my budget, restart games, not to mention using the geniescout constantley... but as others have said here, it's just not fun in the long run! the onley cheat iv'e used in fm10 is to give som young brazilian players seconhandcitizenships, not the get them confirmed to come, but not to surpass my cap on how many non-eu players you're allowed to have... can't resist it, they are just so magical in the lower leauges

I used to quit and load a lost game again back in FM 2009. Last year I wouldn't do it, I was happy to fight for promotion in the lower leagues.
