Players constantly declining

I recently started a save with Manchester United. I immediately put my focus on giving Axel Tuanzebe game time (he played 49 games in all competitions in the first season) and yet he has quite rapidly declined as a player. It is an identical situation with Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Dean Henderson, who my staff claim to be 'progressing well in training'.

I can't find a solution. I have upgraded all of my coaching staff, I have assigned mentoring groups, I have upgraded my facilities to state of the art, I have given plenty of game time, I have tried to take over individual training... I am only just starting my second season but nothing can stop these players from their landslide and it's putting me off continuing the save.

Any suggestions?

Is it specific attributes? Overall development? Are you looking at the star rating?

If you are going with Star rating it literally nothing to do with there ability. every one gets upset

just means say 2 stars its about all the players at your club ! meaning there is a lot of big players so they may not be the big huge players so they may be devolpe ing well but if they are only 2 stars its to do with the big players at your club. he may be 2 stars at united but if he goes to Brighton he could be 4/5

look into star ratings. tons of videos or posts that can describe it better than I could.

Probably and most common reason is have reach their PA.
