U23 Change of League and Invitation

Hi all,

My U23 has been winning the U23 English Division 3 for the past 3 seasons. Half of my team is consisting of wonderkids / high potential players with age 18-21 and values of 750k-10m.

Each year I still keep getting invited in Division 3 but this division has mostly Championship / League 1 teams, so their U23 are weak. It is not challenging enough for my team to foster development, so I have to loan half of my team out to Championship / German / French leagues to play which affects their trained in nation / trained in club status.

Is there any way to get promoted in Division 2 or 1?

I believe that having a lot of gems in your U23 is already a problem, having them playing at the U23 level would not help them improve and you probably won't be able to get them all in your first team, so my opinion on this would be to loan or even sell many of them (preferably with buy-back clause) and keep only the most promising, those, will be alternating between first team and U23 games to prepare them for the future
