Stadium expansion

I am currently playing with AC Milan and would like to expand my stadium.
If I do so, will I be paying for an expansion, that Inter will gain from, as we are playing at the same stadium?

Usually when teams share a stadium the other team will agree to kick in part of the costs for expansion. In this case Inter should agree to pay some portion of the expansion costs but not necessarily 50%.
