Promoted from the Championship

HI, recently been promoted from the championship, just wondering if anyone else had gone up and found any good cheap players that have worked out 1st season in the Prem. Im Leeds and have been promoted 1st season, budget was set at 40 Mil, iv agreed to sign Harrison for 8 and don't know if costas fee comes out of that or not.

Any recommendations would be helpful

I don't have a special name in mind currently but what I'd do is to take a look at the teams relegating from the 5 top leagues, their stars would want to leave and in most cases it goes for a cheap price
