Can't download certain skins

After DL skins, some of them say the following message

When i try to DL a skin the file down loads. It doesnt end up in a zipped file though and says i havent got a app to open the file.

Any ideas please?

Which skin specifically?
If the file is .7z you'll need a free tool such as 7-zip to extract its contents.
