I play FM2020 on my mac, never had any problems before. I have been adding my own player face pictures using FM XML recently. I also have plenty of things from the steam workshop as well as other skins and pictures downloaded. Yesterday I cleared the cache on my game and reset the skin, this caused the game to crash. It then continued to crash when I reopened it. The next time, it reached the screen just before the load game/new game screen and froze there. There was a loading wheel, and the game blinked every 20ish seconds. I left it for about 5 minutes before resetting my laptop and trying again. The same thing happened. I then uninstalled FM2020 (steam) and hoped when it reinstalled it would work, but the same thing happened again. I then deleted all of the local files, uninstalled again, deleted all my face packs, FM XML, everything associated with the game that I could find and reinstalled. However, this didn't fix the game either somehow.
Has anybody else ever encountered this, and is there a way to fix it?
