Loan limits on players aged over 22 - removal

Hi all,
Is there a way to remove the limit on loaning out players over the age of 22?
Although it is apparently going to be a legitimate rule from Fifa in future, I do not find it fun to play with at the moment, so would like to have the option of removing it from a database.
Does anyone know if this is possible to do through the editor or something?
