Assistant Manager Bug

I play FM12 for several years and I know the game inside-out.
Recently ,I created my own club,done everything right but I get this bug.
Before a match,i get this message about 3 times and it drives me mad.
Does someone knows the cause?Link.

It's the Match Preparation in the bottom left corner of your tactics screen. You haven't changed it from the default setting. If you change it once the message won't return.
