Loading a tactic

Hi

Is there a way to load a tactic (that you have downloaded) into an online save? (Im not the host of the game, I have joined).

When I try, there is no option to "load tactic".

Sounds like the person who started it has disabled the option of loading tactics up as it's an option when hosting an online save
