A couple of minutes after you posted on the site's chat I messaged you so I can try and help but you just posted here and on chat and left.
Regarding your complaint, I only see 1 order in the system from you and definitely not 4. The Fastspring service handles payment processing and we never had any such complaints about charging more times than it should.
The most common reason for not receiving the email containing link to the license file after purchasing is either a typo in the email address or checking the wrong email when using PayPal as it sends it to whatever email address is the primary one.
