No Players Loading

I have tried:
-Restarting the game
-Reinstaling Genie
-Saving and loading
-Reloading skins

Any ideas?

Same here. Nothing loading and the "load game" option is shaded out and unusable for the past few hours. Fix?

Also having this same issue. Tried on two different PC's both running normally and as admin, as above have tried restarting game, restarting PC, reinstalling genie g version and also gave the free version a blast which also doesn't work.

No players available for loading.
Please make sure you have players in your opened scouting list in-game.

Is the error. Obviously I do have players open and have tried in both the shortlist in the game as well as the player search page.

Here's how it works:

I load the game, I load the GS.

I leave the mouse for at least 40 seconds on the icon that opens the quick information, then the scout starts to work.

If it stops working, I have to do it all over again.
