How about Sarriball (Napoli Style)? I could never find a good version last FM, would be good to see if we can get a good one this time.
I would like to see a recreation of Gasperini's atalanta tactics. Either the 3-4-1-2 or the 3-4-2-1.

I was trying to do the 3-4-3 from Favre this year in Dortmund before Haaland arrival, when the play with Reus as a false nine or a offensive midfilder, but i failed many times in doing it right.
My idea with that formation is using the same team that Favre used most of the time, with Brandt on midfield, Sancho on the left and the two wingbacks scoring some goals, and have +60% of possesion. I doesnt need to have clean sheets, who cares. But i really would appreciate it if you can do it.

This isn't really a tactic request, so apologies, but more of a 'pick your brains' of your knowledge of tactics.
So a few people have found that, their tactic will work well for half a season or so, then just goes to pot for no real reason.
Any ideas to counter this in your experience?

Or a 4-2-3-1 that's good playing big teams away from home. Don't mind style etc, just one that helps me win more than lose against big teams throughout the season
